Sustainable Local Government Finance Seminar with Rishi Sunak MP

Time and time again, councils list managing their finances as one of their top priorities. With the MHCLG announcing a raft of measures aimed at lessening the financial burden of councils, as well as opening up new avenues for revenue including removing the cap on the amount councils can spend to build more homes, it has never been more important to ensure councils are well-briefed on the subject of sustainable local government finance.

To assist in this, the CCA is hosting a sustainable local government funding policy seminar with Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State at the MHCLG, Rishi Sunak MP, on Thursday 29th November, 11.00am - 1.00pm, here at CCHQ, 4 Matthew Parker Street, London SW1H 9HQ.

This seminar is aimed at Finance Portfolio Holders (or equivalent) and Shadow Portfolio Holders only. If they are unable to attend, the Group Leader or Deputy Group Leader can attend instead.

Please note that places are limited and as such we may not accept multiple registrations form one group, and attendees' CCA membership must be up-to-date.

Please email to book your place now.
