The Labour Party gained a seat from the Conservatives in Lincolnshire.
The Liberal Democrats held a seat in Wealden.
Independents held a seat in South Holland (Long Sutton ward) and Plaid Cymru gained a seat from Labour in Vale of Glamorgan.
